Not getting text can certainly hinder your son's ability to enjoy his device, ronheidip. I hope to help you bring an end to that issue. I can see that he has an iPhone 5s. Can you share some other details about the matter? The things I need to know include when this started, if this effects all or some of the text messages sent to him, if he uses iMessage or SMS, and if he's able to get picture messages. Thanks!
