Hey there, I was looking to change my unlimited postpaid plan into a prepaid one. I currently have total mobile protection and was wondering if I would be able to keep it if I make the switch over. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Great question! Keeping your device covered in case of the damage, or loss is definitely important. Our Protection plans are not offered with Prepaid service, because the option to purchase a device on device payments is also not available with Prepaid service.

No, prepaid accounts are not eligible for the Total Mobile Protection service.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
