Does anybody think that if I submitted my iPhone 5 preorder at 3:20am EST, that it's possible to have gotten in on the first delivery date? I here that Apple's inventory was sold out in the first hour. I don't know if that reflects Verizon's inventory of iPhones for their customers. I purposely got up in the middle of the night expecting demand for the phone to be off the charts. I spoke to Verizon early yesterday morning and they said my order had been processed, but that I wouldn't get an email till it was about to be shipped, and they couldn't tell me exactly when it would be shipped, but that I should have gotten in on the first wave, considering when I submitted the order. I hope that was a realistic answer.
No one can answer that at this point. It's probable that you will but honestly, no one is going to be able to give you a truly reassurring answer to that without firsthand knowledge of how quickly VZW's supply was drawn down...but it's always a possibility that you will....just as there is a possibility that you won't. I know that's not a very helpful answer, but it's the truth.
Yea i think you should get it the 21. Now we just wait till they ship the I phones.
