I am having a terrible time getting the volume up high enough to hear.  I can hear everything just fine when it is on speaker phone but can not hear anything but a faint sound when using the phone without the speaker and I have the volume turned up as high as I can get it and yes it is on....  Anyone have any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong.  I just got the phopne yesterday and am about ready to go back to my old phone!

I hear you loud and clear eagle1440. Let's make sure you can enjoy that awesome new phone. It may sound silly to mention, but keep in mind that the volume controls for the speaker, alerts, and calls are all separate. So to control the in-call volume, you actually have to be in the call and pressing your volume key up to increase the volume. If you've already tried that, we should try resetting your phone's settings http://bit.ly/tEEOWn first. But since your phone is less than 14 days old, if the trouble continues please bring it back to the place of purchase http://bit.ly/IeiJI for the return.
