Verizon has a promotion wherein if you buy an iPhone, they will sell you an iPad Mini 2 for $100. BUT if you try to buy the iPad Mini outright, they charge you an extra $50 because you didn't put it on a payment plan. If you put it on a payment plan, it would have been $24 per month for 24 months! That's over $400!!! So how the HELL are they claiming you get an iPad Mini for $100??? What a racket! You are a bunch of crooks!!!!

Sounds like the iPad mini 2 is being purchased on contract if the price is $100.
