I am having the same problem as the others. I got to set up my personal hotspot in my settings and it prompts me to go to this website: https://mobile.vzw.com/hybridClient/mvm/hotspot. My phone is an iPhone XR. I’ve had this problem since my iPhone 6s+ and I just never got around to fixing it. Would appreciate the help if possible. Thanks!
