Reactivate phone

A few days ago I reactivated my 4s because my 6 was broken. I have now fixed the 6 but it won't let me reactivate the original 6.

One issue is that we have two of the exact same iPhone 6 gray 64 GB phones so selecting one we can't tell which it actually is.

But selecting either one we get the same error during 'Customer Verification' 'text me the code' the error says "Sorry, line is not eligible to receive the Online Authorization Code due to a recent change on the line"

Is there a time frame we need to wait before switching back to the original 6?

This does sound a little bit strange. There is not a time frame for switching between phones. Sounds like we may need to look into this a little more. Please reach out to us by one the methods in this link so we may better assist.
