Hi Guys,
Occasionally, I receive a text message from one of two people that is illegible. It simply comes in as a bunch of symbols, some of which come in upside down (e.g. !?>@/\ ). It only happens occasionally, and only happens from two people, who are both on the VZW network. They may have the same model phone, however.
Any ideas what the problem is? Or how I fix it? Or a way to perhaps read the intended message?
Thanks!
Hi wxworkoff!
Some other things that can cause messages to be garbled is if the person is using a signature with special characters included or other graphics. Suggest they turn off the signature and not use special characters, emoticons, etc and that should resolve the issue.
