Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Reoccurring Discovery+ charges each month after cancelling

So I cancelled Discovery+ in my “add-ons” a few months ago and it no longer shows up in my list of add-ons but I get charged every month $7.70 ($6.99 + tax).  I’ve called and chatted 3 times and each time I get a confirmation email saying it’s removed, a refund for the amount and reassurance that it won’t happen again.  I just want the charges to stop!  

Each time I call or chat with support, I get the same comments, “I assure you it won’t happen again”.  They add notes to my account, so the next person will know, and it’s like the first time I’ve contacted support about this issue again, and again.  I see that other people are having the same issue, so I know it’s not just me.

I can see that it’s already showing on my bill for next month…..AGAIN.
