Hi, my girlfriend and I have a plan together. She lost her iPhone 4 last week and I filed a claim on it to receive a new one (I am the head of the account). The phone has been turned in on the same exact day that we received the new phone in the mail. Since I paid for the replacement do I still get too keep it or do I have to send it back?

If you claimed it on insurance, you have to return it or they will charge you for that one too!

If it was reported as lost they wouldn't charge you if you found it but you can't use it if you keep it because they put it on the lost list.
To my understanding this is different then If you don't return a warranty device to verizon then your bill gets charged.
