So one of our phones stopped working (piece of junk actually). We had insurance, got a new replacement and now that one does not work. Why the heck does Verizon send a "reused" phone? Are they cheap because we used our Verizon insurance. Very frustrated trying to understand what we do next. Verizon store can not help!!!
