HELP!!

Verizon erased all data on my husbands iPhone and I cannot find it on cloud anyone have any ideas?????????

If he doesn't have an iCloud backup (he can log into iCloud.com from a computer to check or should be able to tell if he has one by looking in settings on his phone under the icloud option) and he hasn't used itunes to create a backup on the computer then his data is lost. Things like itunes purchases can be redownloaded and any data he may have available elsewhere (computer...contacts that may be somewhere else such as google account) can be put back on the phone but if he lost pictures that weren't saved elsewhere or something like that it's gone without a previous backup or sync.
