has anyone else lost their ringback tones and what app are you using to get that feature back? I loved my on hold song and so did all of my clients
Unfortunately, Verizon has decided to discontinue the use of Ringback Tones. You can learn more about this here: https://www.verizon.com/support/no-longer-supported-ringback-tones/
