My ringback that I have had and I did pay for it again about a month ago has stopped working. How in the heck do I put this ringback back to work..Called  Verizon but that was no help at all. It is for a Iphone 7.

Ringback tones are managed in your MyVerizon account online. Have you signed into your account to go through the ringback management options?

To gain clarity, what do you mean by your Ringback tone stopped working? When people call you what do they hear?
