I went over my data limit last month and would like to turn on Safety Mode to prevent this from happening again. Navigating to Home screen, then Data Overview menu and My Usage page I see how much usage we've had but there is no Safety Mode setting to toggle. I am the account owner, have a shared XL plan and have tried to find the Safety Mode setting in a browser and in the app with no luck. Can anyone help me determine why it's not there as stated in the FAQs? Thanks in advance.
The question is why is it NOT showing up in the Data Hub for me. I know its supposed to be there...but its not. I need to turn this on to keep going over my data limit but it's not there??
Does your plan have "new" in the name? Only the plans called "new Verizon" have the safety mode feature. The plans that simply say Verizon plan wouldn't be compatible.
