Purchased Verizon brand screen protector. Followed all instructions and after application there were two small bubbles that could not be removed. They did let me send this one back, but later said that allowing me to do so was a mistake. Purchased a Zagg screen protector and had similar issue. Spent 1 hour on chat with customer service who said I could not get a refund. Also talked to a supervisor. Best they were willing to do was 25% discount towards the purchase of a new one. I'll live with the one I have applied, but am extremely dissatisfied with Verizon customer service. Unfortunately they are the only game in town for one of the properties I own (as far as good coverage).
