Service in our home has declined

My wife and I have iPhone 8’s.  We’ve noticed a decline in the cell service in our home.  We’ losing calls and have spotty reception inside and outside on our property. 

This is a relatively new problem.  Just in the past few months. 

We live in zip code 91104. Can you tell us if Verizon has changed anything in our area that would compromise service?  Please don’t suggest a range extender unless it’s free.

This is a customer to customer fourm. The occasional rep that does chime in won't have the answer you seek. Could be doing tower repair or they recently shut down CDMA in your area
