Can a Verizion rep please tell me if it's possible that the ship date will be moved up from 11-2 for the phone I ordered on 9-25??

Unlikely. Apple is the one controlling the distribution process.

From what I'm starting to see throughout the forum, some folks are starting to get their device a lot sooner than what was originally expected when receiving their shipment notification.  If you don't mind me asking...what device did you purchase and in what color and size?
