***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I JUST bought a new IPhone at an "official" verizon store and it does not have a SIM card.  On top of that, the person who sold us the phone did not tell us we needed one.  I am very frustrated. Should the SIM card have been included?

Congratulations on your new phone, MargaretB1. I'm sorry that you new phone does not have a SIM Card. This is very strange as a new SIM Card is always included with all our new phones.


Did you have a chance to check if the SIM Card is preinstalled inside the new phone (
