Slow wifi access on APP STORE ONLY only on my home internet.

Hey all. Please read all of this before you answer. I have a Netgear n600 wireless dual band gigabit router wndr3700. Playing youtube videos, browsing the web all that is fine! IT's super fast. But the app store downloads are crazy slow. To download a 5mb app it takes about 15 minutes. However at my local library the speed is just fine. I have security set to WEP but it isn't any faster with any of the other options including none as I've tried that. I've tried port forwarding for the iPhone. Reseting the router settings. There is no interfernce at all. I am really confused and just want to download apps without having to use iTunes or let a 100mb app take all night to download.Any thoughts?
