I need to speak with a live person tonight. I have spoken to over 15+ agents via chat and on the phone and my issue has not gotten fixed

You need to make a phone call to speak with a live person.  You might get to chat with an agent here, but it isn't a live conversation. If you describe your issue someone may be able to assist here.
