How can you figure out if some person has installed spyware (able to read texts, listen to calls, see pics, listen to "noise" even when you are not on phone) on a Apple iPhone 4S?

Apples devices are restricted to the point that infecting it is difficult, also under most situation you wont know that the device is infected if it was unless the device started all the sudden experienced slowing down and  or high data use from your device.

Is there a reason you are asking, if you have a apple device and you only installed apps authorized from the Apple Store you should be clear.
