Stolen line and identity theft

I've been a Verizon customer for over ten years but with my recent experience I was very disappointed when they authorized my line to be stolen /taken to Tmobile and led to my identity theft .i don't think they felt sorry for being careless and all the pain and stress I went through I didn't even get a sincere apology . Very unsatisfied with the way they handled my situation .
