Wifes cell phone was stolen, we are abroad. We cancelled the phone, but will the thief have access to all the photos, emails, etc if they somehow connect to wifi? the phone is not protected by password and is just unlocked. Is there a way to delete the info on the phone? Like a magic erase button

Por favore.

If you had the "Find My iPhone" app installed, you should be able to go to the iTunes account linked with that phone and remotely wipe the data off of it.  If you don't have that app, then unfortunately I don't think there is another way to prevent access over wifi.

Thank you. No the find my phone app was not installed. Looks like we'll have to play candy crush on our iPad. Hope he enjoys looking at photos of our dog and our trip.
