Since this summer my service at home and while out has been poor, but never any dropped calls until last month. Every other day when I’m out the phone drops calls. Today I had 24 dropped calls on a 45 minute drive, get home phone connects to WiFi and dropped calls start again. This is getting ridiculous! People pay for reliable service and we are not getting it. I’ve done the online chat they say everything looks good, they send me a link and said if you’re still having issues you can click link and your previous chat will be there so the tech will know where we left off, not true have to start all over. I just want this issue fixed!
