I have tried to suspend 1 of my phones through the Verizion app and it's not working. Why would this happen?
You can only suspend a line for a maximum of 90 days in a 365 day period.

Suspendedphone1 - We always want you to be able to manage your services online. I welcome the opportunity to assist you with your inquiry. As Ann154 pointed out, there are restrictions that will prevent suspension of a line. One of them is if the line itself has already been suspended for 90 days. When that has occurred, it cannot be re-suspended within a 12 month time frame. Another prevention would be if the line has already been suspended and reconnected on the same day as only one suspension action is allowed during the same day.
