Swapping phones

So my sister, on my dad's family plan (I'm on a separate account on my own plan) is eligible for an upgrade.  Instead of the 5, she wants the iPhone 4S and my iPhone 4S is pretty much brand new. So what we want to do is, my sister is going to buy an iPhone 5 and then she wants to activate my 4S as her new phone and give me the iPhone 5.  So this is possible right?  I just want to make sure before we do this.  Thank you in advance for your help.

Please bare in mind that the insurance and warranty will not transfer with the phones because you have separate accounts and basically you will be the second owner of those devices.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
