First let me say I love my iPhone. However I had a Nokia for 2 years. Apple far exceeds this phone except in two areas. One being talking caller id and the other being able to put a personal icon on the home screen for people frequently called. I just used to rap the icon and voile. Now I have to go into my favorites list and scroll to find the person and then tap and call. Come on, Apple, what gives. With such a great product, why not add these features?
