Texting Issues

I am able to text anyone except for At&t numbers. I receive messages sent from others with AT&T, but they don't get messages I send. Is anyone else having this problem, or know how I can fix it?

Are you using the full ten digit numbers when sending to these people?

Yes, all of my numbers have the area code included.

Maybe their signal is terrible on their end?

Did you just port your number from ATT? I had the same issue when I ported my number from TMobile. But it cleared up after a day or so.

Hello JBC1550,

Being able to send and receiving text messages is very important. It has become the new form of communication.  Are you still having issues sending text messages from At&t customers? If so, I have a couple of questions to ask to get more information.

1. What device are you currently using?

2. When the issue start happening?

3. Do you have a signature at the end of your text? (this sometimes can cause text not to go thru to other carriers)

4. Are any other number on your account having the same issue? (if applicable)

Please let us know the answer to the above questions, if you are still experiencing issues.
