The phone rebooted and now won't start ??

The phone rebooted itself overnight and everything wiped out. I can't get it to reload. I can't get past the WiFi start page. Telling me NO SERVICE and all the other phones in the house are working ...tried iTunes ....CAn't get to the cloud to retrieve data ???
