The sound on my iphone 6s plus quit working. I can't listen to music and I can't hear when I call unless it one speaker phone. It does make sound when someone calls. Any suggestions? I did a soft reset and turned the power off. It was working this morning. I haven't dropped it or change any settings since them.

SCRAPBOOKMAMMA, we want this to work for you. Is Bluetooth enabled on in Settings>Bluetooth? Did you recently update the software on that device or download a new application? Let's make sure that the software is up to date by tapping Settings>General>Software Update>Download and Install. Let us know if this resolves your issue.
