Trade In Issue - Verizon owes me $800 credit and refuses to Honor

Trade In Issue going on ten months now!

Customer since circa 2000 and Verizon refuses to honor trade in credit. After numerous attempts, at least fifteen hours on the phone, I've yet to find resolution.  I can't even get the promised call backs from supervisors. 

Upgraded phone January 2022. Sent in trade in with confirmed receipt by Verzion yet trade in credit will not be issued NOR will my iphone xr that I "traded in" will be returned to me.
