Back in September, I upgraded 2 of my lines to iPhone 13 Pros because of the $800 trade in promotion. I did the trade ins at the Apple Store. One line was to receive an instant credit of $320 from Apple. and $480 from Verizon in bill credits. The other line was to receive an instant credit of $335 from Apple, and $465 from Verizon in bill credits.
I've been on the phone for several hours, and was told that my trade in is unable to be found because I don't have a submission ID. I have all of the receipts detailing that the trade in offer is confirmed. Is there anyone I can send the receipts to so that the bill credits can be applied? It has been 3 billing cycles already.
