I traded in my Droid phone for an Apple 7 plus the website said when I picked that phone after 3 monthly payments for the iPhone I would get a 200.00 Visa Gift Card.

I have not received anything there is no where to go an ask. I was given no other information.

I figured it would probably be impossible to get this card it was more of a scam to get me to order this phone. Every time I have changed a phone or plan something has been messed up.

Usually it takes a good month+ to get the card.  You'll need to contact customer service; have your order number and date ready so they can verify the promotion.  800-922-0204.

Hello HJWAZ, being on top of your Rebate Card is vital, especially if you have yet to receive it. The last thing we want is for you to feel it was a scam. Please tell us more, what did the promotion consist of? Do you recall completing an online Trade-In request (Do you have the Submission ID)? GilbertoL_VZW
