im so frustrated i cant get it to turn back on. and customer service is only available from 7am-11pm 😕
Try *228 option 1 it will tell you to punch in the phone number or if it knows it will just activate the phone. Do you know your new number? Check settings go to phone and it will tell you what number the phone is accociated with.
