Tried to install the find my phone on my computer but I dont seem to be able I have the app on my iphone

How do I find my phone on my computer if I cant install the find my phone in my computer I have tried to install but it wont I am using windows 7 can someone please help me understand this

You turn on the feature there. You must log in with your apple ID and password.

Its on the owners manual. Open Safari and then Bookmarks and then the users manual is there.
