Trouble Upgrading Phone after Paying off Early

I paid off my phone two months early yesterday in preparation for the Iphone 12 release and pre-order. When I go to check to see if there's an issue to upgrade my device online (by going through the upgrade link just to see prices) it keeps giving me prices of either $10.17 or $7 for the monthly payment and the rest of the cost being a down payment. However, even though I have 5 lines I've never had to pay a down payment and a down payment of $899 is crazy. Even an Iphone 7 shows it like this. Has anyone else had this issue? Does this have to do with the system not recognizing the early payoff yet? Or is there some other issue that I'm not thinking of?
