Trouble swapping phones

I bought and activated a new iPhone 13 Pro on an existing line. Now I am  am trying to swap phones on my account. After I  select the two phones I  get the following error.


We are unable to find the details in our system for this device.

I need to complete this swap tonight to have my phone in the morning for work.
