Trouble using hotspot to get on Internet

Having difficult time using hotspot to get on internet on desktop, blue circle keeps going round and round

Crawford7252, we know how important it is to be able to use the hotspot on your phone. We are here to help you with that feature. Does internet work on other device you connect to your phone’s Hotspot feature? Are you using the WiFi option or USB connection option?

Also are all other internet options disabled from the computer like Ethernet cable or other WiFi connections?
