All incoming calls show UNKNOWN CALLER instead of the name (when in contacts) or the number, when not. This happened suddenly yesterday. Any ideas how to fix? I have an iPhone6S, ios 9.3.2.
Did you get a response? I keep getting an unknown caller also!
I restarted my phone when I got this and the problem resolved itself. Power down completely, wait a couple minutes, and then restart.
The caller ID feature is really handy to have Hmmm13. It helps let you know who is calling. Let's make sure we get yours working. Do you have an iPhone as well? Does it happen with all callers or just some? Have you tried to restart as the other user suggested to see if that made a change?

Hmmm13, we will work together to get this caller id issue fixed. When did you start having issues with this? Does this happen with all your calls? Have you updated your phone recently or added any new apps?
