This mail is in context to my iphone 5 which I was been
gifted by one of my channel partners residing in USA during his recent
visit to India. He purchased this phone from one of the Verizon stores
located in USA and gifted it to me.
Recently, I had some payment issues with ITUNES STORE during which while
talking with the Apple service support department I came to know that this
phone is being purchased from verizon store USA & it has been locked
by*VERIZON N42
service provider and based on this, Apple people cannot give me service
support unless this phone is locked by you.
so I would like to make a request to you to kindly unlock this iphone from
your services so that I can get assistance from Apple people regarding this
issue...
