I am trying to add/delete blocked numbers as I do every 3 months. I am now unable to do so. what's new?

Browncow9, I'm shocked to read that you're not able to get the blocks added onto your account. I want to make sure that we get these numbers blocked so they can't reach out to you. Nothing has changed with being able to block numbers. I would like to gather some more information from you. When you try to put the numbers back on the block list, are you getting any error messages? If so, what does the error message read? Are you using the My Verizon Application or through a computer? Please keep me posted.
