Unlock iPhone7 device from Verizon to sell it

Trying to sell iPhone7 and not really sure how to unlock it from Verizon service so someone can put it to any other service

Verizon doesn't lock phones when the 7 was out. The recent lock is 60 days after getting a new phone today.
Phone unlocked and network compatibility are another matter.
