Unlocking iPhone 5s? I thought Verizon's policy was that 4G phones are unlocked already....

Carrier settings are Verizon’s role not Apple ! Why are the techs giving out wrong advise ! Verizon believes only on getting more $$ from customers or running down rabbit holes ,
