Im not sure what to ask or do, but I was told to get in touch with Apple to get it unlocked??? i cant get the phone to take my SIM card. What to do?

The Verizon Wireless 4G LTE devices are already SIM unlocked from the factory. The device itself might not be compatible with the network you are trying to use it on.
