After the latest update my iPhone4 will no longer take videos. When I go to the camera and tap "Video" it will not switch from camera. I also tried tapping "square" with the same results; it will not come off of camera mode. Also, I entered a future appointment in the calendar 5 times and when I tap "Done" it disappears!
I did a reset all and the appointments started showing up, but I still cannot take a video with my phone. How can I correct this problem?

Hi janisok,
Thanks for your troubleshooting efforts! If a hard reset did not resolve the issue you may need a replacement phone. Is your phone within the one year manufacturers' warranty? If it is, and if your phone has not sustained any physical/water damage we can process a http://vz.to/uyYF0o certified like new replacement. If the requirements are met please follow me and send me a direct message including your wireless number and account verification (same you verify when you call us) and I'll be happy to assist you. If you prefer, please visit a Verizon Wireless store http://bit.ly/3SdsA or an Apple store for a hands on evaluation.

Hi janisok,
Let's get explore options to resolve this camera/video issue. I love making videos of my kids and I truly understand your predicament. Since the issue started when the latest software update was installed, I recommend doing a hard reset http://bit.ly/LdGqLl to resolve any potential system errors that may have ocurred when the update was processed. I did the hard rese and then restored from iCloud but it did not correct
the problem. On the camera setting I can only take still pictures. When I
try to switch to video or square, it will not move off of camera!!!! This
is really getting to be aggravating.

As stupid as I feel, I have to let you know the resolution to my problem.
I kept touching the video to try to get it to change to video and
accidently fund that I should have been "sliding" my finger to the left to
get it to change to video so now I finally figured it out. I hate updates
because you tend to completely change the way things work! However, I do
like my phone. Thank you for your time.
