Using the iPhone 4 in Puerto Rico?

While in Puerto Rico my iPhone 4 says "Extended" as the phones network status. Will I be charged the $.69 roaming fee's under this status, or am I clear of these charges with my plan. Any help would be appreciated!

Customer Support

I can clarify latona_az! Most of Puerto Rico is covered under our national domestic plans. However, if the device indicates Roaming, the voice rate is $0.69/min. Therefore, you are roaming and any usage will be charged accordingly. View additional information here Thank you.
