VW messaging not showing names lockscreen

I am having an issue with the VW Messaging app not showing contact names while my iPhone 6 is locked. It shows the first lines of the message but only shows the number of the contact. No name. Names show up fine within the app but not for notifications.

I love using Verizon Messages+ myself Bustersaunders! I know it is nice to make sure you are able to preview the messages prior to opening. When did this start? Did you do any updates lately on the application? Have you tried to uninstall the application and reinstall it?
