Verizon Customer Service terrible

I paid $655 for international calls but their system didn't get updated "seems like it" and now they cancelled my service because of the unpaid balance. When I call them, they keep passing my call around without giving me a solution. I shouldn't have switched from T-Mobile. It's been 5 days already without service. Nice job Verizon.

It takes less than 2 minutes to make payments through the app or through #PMT. Takes about the same time to check your My Verizon app to make sure the bill is paid.

That kinda stuff falls on you, Verizon gives you easy access to tools.
