Verizon app does work

My Verizon app doesn’t work. It says “Oops, looks like something went wrong. Please come back later.

We want to make sure that you are able to use that application, Kahammock! Having something like this happen is never what we want to happen. Let's take a deeper look into this and get it solved. Are you up to date on your phone and applications software? Does this happen when you first open the application or when you go to a specific part of it?
